Teacher Appreciation

Last night was the Lake Charles's Ward 

Ninth Annual Teacher Appreciation Program and Dinner.

The theme this year was "Thank you for helping us Choose The Right."

We were bummed that none of Ethan's, Jackson's, or Holden's teachers could come.

But this year they held it on a Wednesday, which makes it hard for those who go to their own church services that night to come to one at ours.

Tristan had three teachers show.

Savannah's Home Ec teacher who could not come, but sent this message to us:
So sorry, I will not be there.  I have other obligations on Wednesday night.  
BUT, please pass along the word to Savannah Andrews's parents that I love, love, love her.  
She is a joy to teach.  Thank you, Renee' LaRocque

The dinner was salad, rolls, Cajun chicken with rice and gravy, corn and green beans.

We love all our teachers so much and are so grateful for all they do for our kids and for our family.
