Last night was Young Women In Excellence.
The Lake Charles Ward invited the Jennings Branch to join with them.
The theme was Walk in the Light.
The girls made candles in antique tea cups before hand and were given them at the end of the program.
Savannah chose to display her Choice and Accountability project.
She has been creating clothing that is modern and modest.
She made a display of some of her designs.
Savannah spoke during the program and introduced the year's theme:
Stand Ye in Holy Places.

The program was very nice. The girls were all video-taped sharing what they liked about Personal Progress and what their favorite value is. Savannah said hers was Good Works because she loves the feeling she gets when she is helping others.
