The kids are out of school for the next three days due to the Mardi Gras Holiday. It is wet and cold and really windy, so even though Jackson is begging to go to one parade this year, I'm not so sure we will be heading out at all. We never really celebrate Mardi Gras in too great a fashion anyway, so I am not so upset that we won't this year either. Hope Jackson won't be either.
So, we've decided to have a video watching party instead. Like, all the VHS tapes we have deprived the little boys of. Good stuff in there, like The Sandlot, The Rookie, Father of the Bride, Wild Hearts Can't be Broken, Hook, The Cutting Edge, Tammy and the Bachelor, Remember the Titans, Hoosiers. There are a ton of good ones! Plus all the older Disney movies. We are starting with Tarzan. The little boys have never seen it.
Sure hope there is enough popcorn and onion soup mix!!
